I am a little confused about how HLH works. I have been to Del Rey before and went downstairs and negotiated and then went upstairs. I sounds like HLH has a set fee and then extras are the upsale. One person posted $35/hour and another posted $130/hr. Could someone with a little experience tell me the process here? I wanna stay there but don't know the process with the ladies.

Also, I have read you go there mainly during the day...is it pretty awesome at night too?

If you stay at HLH (as hotel guest), it's $35/hr, that includes the room and girl.
If you come in off the street (not staying at the hotel), and you are a CRT VIP (must show card), it's $49/hr.
If you come in off the street (not staying at the hotel), and you are NOT a CRT VIP (must show card), it's $55/hr. Not sure about this price, but I think it's around $55.

Some girls may ask for tips for some services or just a general tip after you're done. It's up to you as to what to tip. But if you agree to a tip for a service (e.g. bbbj) you have to pay it if she provides the servce.

Also HLH is a day time place, the bar closes at 9 pm. last i knew. However if you staying there there is security 24/7. so you can bring your date dejour in with out a fee.

They actually changed the hours and are open until 10pm. They have a large selection of ladies and at one point during the trip, every one of them was busy for 1-2 hours.

K9 thanks for the update, last time I was in CR, damn better than a year, and wont be at least another 6 months till i can return.

If you are staying there you have to take them (bar girls at HLH) to YOUR room, not the short time rooms. Short time rooms are only for the non guests of the hotel (ergo they pay more). You can bring in a chica at anytime of the night (no chica fee) from anywhere just like the other hotels. The check and confinscate her cedula, make her sign in and she gets her id back when she leaves.

Just like everywhere, negotiate what you want BEFORE. some girls will do it all for the regular fee, some won't and need to be "bribed" with a tip for extras (culo sexo for instance).

All in all, it is one of the better places to stay and the rooms have newer fixtures and nice bathrooms. Place is on the upswing.

If you ever have questions about HLH when on-site, ask that large gentleman who's probably working accounts at the end of the bar. We have no greater friend in CR than Brother BKTuna...and that's no slap at Brother True Sportsman.
BTW, Brother Orange directed you to an older Thread, but it's all still true barring some niggling details and major improvements--it's only gotten better.

What's the TLN rate for an HLH girl? Is that a fixed priced or do you negotiate?

You have to negotiate, but be advised, not all the chicas are able to do TLN without being sure their babysitter at home can stay all night.
