That's good news I always liked to use it as a slow down hang after spending most of the trip with Bill and his fine crew. I wish they would turn some of it into long term rentals I am possibly looking for a place and that would be sweet while figuring out what or where to go.

As a past customer of the Clarion, this is great news. The place has great potential in so many ways..........but as accurately pointed out, when and if it really happens.

Imagine a new chica friendly venue, but then again, so was suppose to be the new DI bar........

My understanding is that the ownership picture is still unclear and there are still many unresolved issues from the past. I will bet the over on May.

One thing is for sure, other than their breakfast, the food really sucked, even the burgers. I mean, it couldnt suck enough. if they get it together, it could really be a great place.

When in SJ last week, our driver said that he hears that the Clarion will open in 2 months. Talking with a chica at SL, she said she is hired to work there and they will be opening in 2 months.

When driving past HLH and looking down the street to the Clarion, the outside of the building was freshly painted.

Maybe there is some truth to the place opening up again. Wouldn't it be great to have another chica friendly option in SJ!!!

Anybody else have any other intel/updates???
