Well, that sounds like a pretty good source to me. Especially coming from you. Now that I think about it though. I have never actually asked her. I guess she could that old and just look good. If she is I would be very surprised though. I am gonna ask her next time I see her. I don't think she would lie to me. Either way she is good at her job for sure.

Yeah, not sure I could have afforded her, but had my eye on her about a year ago when a friend wanted to open a spot for football season. He asked me for the best bartender to build around that could sling heavy volume and I thought of her. The place he was trying to get fell through, which is too bad because it would have been a great place to watch sports. Got me thinking of old school BM bartenders now. What ever happened to Christina? Is she still working around the gulch?

I am also going to put Jenny from the Amistad on the list.

I try to always hit Chubbs when Jessica is there. It is a pleasure watching her work. I was just amazed the first time I went there and how she kept everyone happy and served.
Since they expanded the bar, she really does need to at least have a good barback all day if not another bartender to just do the floor drinks and food orders. I feel like she is my special friend, but I'm sure everyone feels that way.
