OK so it's not exactly home but it feels that way when I get off the plane. I always smile as soon as I see the Pan-AM hiway and the driver is on the way to the SL.
Even better when the airline tickets cost you less than originally expected.

I know exactly how you feel. I did my longest time ever out of Costa Rica last week, 6 days ! It felt like an eternty. My normal trips are just for 2 days. I was so happy to be back in Costa Rica, I wanted to kiss the customs guy, and the taxi driver. But I did not kiss the customs guy or the taxi.


The best way I can describe living in Costa Rica is like air. You dont appreciate it until you dont have it.

It will be even nicer because my new job MIGHT require me to travel there on company business. So I may be able to expense the airfare and a couple of days at the hotel.
