NY Giants are 3 pt underdogs right now?? As motivated as Brady will be to win this game, the Giants have the better defense. If the Pats can't slow down the front 4 of the G-Men, it will be another long day for Brady. Edge to the Giants.

Aren't they the NJ Giants? That's where they play and most of the team lives in NJ from what I hear. :D

If Gronkowski is healthy new England if not NY. Whats great to me about this game is I like both teams so whoever wins cool. Not like the crowshit Ravens are playing or Tony Homo and the Plowboys or the NewYork Toesucking Jets. This will be a good game. 8)

On paper the analysis is pretty simple.

Special teams is basically a toss up; edge to Pats on field goals though.

On offense the Giants probably have a slight edge in receivers and running backs. The Pats have a slightly larger edge at QB though Brady wasn't all that sharp against the Ravens. Then again, it WAS the Ravens.

On defense, although the Pats were dead last most of the season and are improving, the Giants are finally as healthy as they've been all season and have a definite edge here.

Momentum ? Giants ? Pats have won 10 in a row, no ?

Then again, the game IS played on the field, yes ? :D :D :D

Trying to be perfectly objective (though difficult) I think (as many others do) if the Giants front 4 can put enough pressure on Brady without blitzing too much they'll win. If they can't get to Brady he'll probably out duel Eli in a shoot out.

What scares me most is that most of the sports talk guys here are predicting a Giant win,,,,,,

What I like about this game is the fact the NE does not have the personal to cover the GMEN wide outs 8)

I think it comes down to the Giants being able to pressure Brady (not just sacks, but get in his face and rattle him, flush him out of the pocket) with their front four the way the Ravens did, which the Giants are certainly capable of. If that happens, the Giants have much more offense than the Ravens, and will win, probably rather easy.

And yes, the Giants do like being the underdog. :D
