I will be making my first trip from the frozen northland to the Gulch. I hope to stay at the SL and am "waitlisted" there with confirmed lodging at La Amistad. Would love to get buddy with experienced mongers who know their way around.

Why not go to the Hotel Little Havana, instead?

can i bring outside chicas to HLH or would i be limited to the hotel's selection? Will it quiet enough for me to get any sleep there? thanks for the help

The HLH bar closes at 8pm and reopens at 10am, so the noise is not a problem during the most popular sleeping hours. I've stayed there and sleeping was never a problem. Rooms are great. Some have windows. None have refrigerators that I know about. Contact them at HLH and they'll be pleased to answer your questions. It's a popular place, and not huge, so plan in advance.

Anybody staying at HLH can bring girls in from the outside at any time. You're NOT limited to the GREAT HLH LINEUP.

CRT members don't have to pay a "chica fee" to bring guests into their room. Non-CRT Members have to pay a $10 chica fee, I believe. However, the outside girls cannot work the bar after they have had their way with you.

I have been staying there since '08. Everything in the above post is true. I favor the HLH because the rooms are first rate and keeping a normal sleep pattern is important to me. Some of the rooms at SL are new and conducive to sleep, but the older ones are not, unless you are off at the annex. The first time I stayed at Amistad, I was put by the railroad track.

I'll be there 15-20 Feb. I only have one trip under my belt but can give you the briefing/tour my wingman did. I'm staying at HLH. I'll be at the bar there and SL around 6pm nightly or you can pm me.

I have about 15 visits but havent been for about a year. I am staying at the SL so shoot me a response or PM me. I am always looking for guys to hang with.

I'll be staying at HLH Feb. 17-25 . This will be my third trip . Traveling I hope to meet up with some of you guys

Everything RAC sez is true. i just stayed at HLH last weekend. Great rooms, great food, excellent talent lineup. No problem bringing chicas back from SL, DR, etc. Boyd and crew run a class operation.

Going with a friend on Feb.17-20. I'm staying at Hotel Castillo and my friend at the HLH. Been to Costa Rica for the past 20 years and I am latino, so if you need a translator I'm at your service. Just throw in an Imperial or two and will be straight. LOL
