They probably only guard the money that the girl has to pay them after each session. Pimping is illegal in CR but I am sure they exist or some variation of... I've been lucky I think as I've never had a session with anyone in CR that even remotely hinted at a pimp or a driver waiting for them. Lots of TLN's, spontaneous dinner outings, etc. Heck, that's one of the things I like about the P4P in CR - that you don't see too much of the BS with the girls having to call someone every 5 mins. Whereas here at home, if I call an escort, they show up with a driver and then have to phone after they get the money and see if it's safe.
