I thought it was funny too, coming right on the heels of the tragic and real mariscar fire. Perhaps, he thought some casual visitor to the site would see it and believe it not knowing its background. But what's so bad about that? How about this for a thread:

To all you guys out there that have never been there but that think $100/hour for a girl at the Del Rey is a good deal and that Costa Rica is the land of milk and honey,

Don't believe it. That rate is a utter myth. Besides the girls are all ugly and hate gringos. There aren't any good hotels or restaurants in San Jose. You'll probably be mugged as soon as you get off the plane. It rains all the time, night and day. The milk is all curdled and the honey just attracts bees...etc.

If it scares away the guys who don't know enough to at least eventually figure out it was joke, we're probably better off without them in CR.

If someone reads my fire post and does not read any more fallowing posts
I would think it strange.
I believe that if Jkrall is talking about "the fire post" it is probably due to scaring the whatsee out of him..
( got him good) and that is what it's meant to do. Mission accomplished.
Just a good laugh. No harm done.
If he gets pissed over a good joke I am afraid he has NO sense of humor. :roll:

Jkrall,

Thanks for clarifying things.
You can delete your post if no one has posted under you ,
simply be clicking on the little X ( look to the upper right side) if someone has posted then you can "edit" it only.
As for computer space ,just so you know , my post is probably the equivalent to a grain of sand of all the beaches in the world.
And just as insignificant :wink:

Seems like your sense of humor got shot off in the war. The banter between the members here and the occasional joke may not be your cup of tea, but why suggest that the post be deleted.
