Note to the Dodgers and their fans…

Enough already!!! :!: :!: :!:

It is no fun to kick a team and their fans when the ownership is so screwed up and low life fans have driven out the respectful fans that had been there for years. It used to be fun to make a trip down to LA for a couple of games; always had good natured banter between fans (in both SF and LA!) but there was never the bad vibes that are coming from Dodger Stadium now. Dodger Stadium is too beautiful of a ballpark to waste. Time for new ownership and the continued increased presence of security. Do not let your fan base deteriorate to what has happened to the Raiders; the most dangerous stadium in US sports.
Let Ned Coletti do his job… the team will rebound… and all of those great Dodger fans (you know the ones; arrive in the 3rd inning and leave in the 7th  ) will return… and we can get back to one of the best rivalries in baseball.

Rooting against the Arizona Snakes is just not as fun…

Go (World Champion) Giants!

Mendo

US trustee objects to Dodgers financing plan

By RANDALL CHASE, AP Business Writer 41 minutes ago and a moment before frank eats copious amounts of shit.

DOVER, Del. (AP)—A U.S. bankruptcy trustee objects to the Los Angeles Dodgers’ proposed bankruptcy financing, saying the team has not disclosed enough information about its loan arrangement with a hedge fund.
The trustee argued in court papers Friday that a Delaware judge who will hold a hearing Wednesday should deny the club’s $150 million bankruptcy financing plan with Highbridge Principal Strategies.

The trustee argues that the plan includes a $4.5 million deferred commitment fee to Highbridge that was not properly disclosed. It also says there is a lack of information about any additional fees and obligations that might be required of the Dodgers or team owner Frank McCourt.
The Dodgers’ financing plan also is being challenged by Major League Baseball, which says it can offer the team a better deal.

but if you are a dodger fan who cares really? not my money and that pos mccourt is gone
LONG LIVE THE DODGERS

All I gotta say is TG the Phillies are missing them in this West Coast swing--them lads are white-hot and we're not quite to speed yet.

Yes, exactly, just as getting walked with the bags full still counts as an RBI. Pride and satisfaction enter later when you get a performance title or a Ring or a better contract, and it's the same for a team.

great day for dodger fans as a money infused team takes over from the pathetic carpetbagger mccourt
hate that frank walks with that money and maintains some sort of interest in future development but...
GO DODGERS
