Was there last night. They overcooked my steak, but quickly corrected it without issue. I go there alot and they do this about 20% of the time. If you like 'medium rare', ask for 'crudo' or they cook everything 'medium well' or 'well'.

La Esquina is a good place for someone who has never experienced the Argentine steakhouse experience. I have been to Buenos Aires many times over the years and for me it is just average but still worth a stop. Buenos Aires had by far the best steak I ever had. I will have to try the other place next time I am down.

I just got turned on to it and have been there three times in last two months. Excellent food and service everytime. But, I am a bit bummed they no longer offer CRT discount. Not that they need CRT to thrive, but as someone stated: we give them a lot of PR/exposure and if 'our kind' is no longer as welcome there, then there are a lot more options.
Tried Donde Carlos and was not impressed.
Try the lamb ribs at Lubnan!

If you decide to take a puta with it is much better to meet her there. This way you can stop for a beer and a BJ appetizer at IDEM right down the street.

I pretty much only patronise CRT affillated places these days. Except for the occaisonal jaunt to the KL or less often, the DR.
Gotta support the home team. I do hope Admin1 adds more bars, etc.
