Good reporting guys. Always in search of those 800 colone beers. I love my Tico spots, the beer always seems to be colder. Will check out these recommended places.

I always liked 1930 during lunch but late in the day it gets really noisy and I didn't feel welcome. At lunch when I used to stay at the Presidente, they brought an imperial and a bucket of ice whenevber I walked in and sat at a table. My experience is from a few years ago, but they had pretty good bocas and the prices were always good.

Thanks for clarifying SinCity, those prices put a new spin on things. They are right down the street, will definitely check them out.

no ribs, it's a chinese joint now. The back bar area is not open.

actually I was talking about your intoxicated condition when we had dinner there (lol)

truthfully we were all quite intoxicated after another grueling 2x1 happy hour @ Little Havana.

but yeah, the food is good & the price is right!
