Police in Costa Rica have seized a tonne of cocaine and arrested three fishermen on suspicion of drug trafficking.

I suppose in CR you are suspected to be guilty, until proven guilty. :(

Not to be utterly cynical but what amount of that ton will be destroyed and what "diverted" from the Police/OIJ evidence locker? Thinking about that helicopter crash a few years ago...
