Revisiting another segment of ch!ldhood, although earlier in development, here's a site on carousels:

I'm the oldest of 5, and we always had dogs and cats around, along with the occasional stray duck, squirrel, and any others that wandered into our purview. As to imaginary friends--every book in the library had the potential to be my friend; humans, not so much.

350 page views of my postings in this Forum in the last 2 weeks strongly argue otherwise. Besides which--What is the source of your vehemence? It approaches animosity.
