I wouldn't think there would be a problem, but I've been surprised on accessibility issues before. Would appreciate any first hand experience as I don't see it addressed on the product FAQ.

I do it all the time no blackout issues whatsoever..... if you have 1MB download you even get the feed in High Def if its less than that it will default to a non Hi Def picture but unless your plugging your laptop into a TV you wont notice much difference on the Laptop itself.

I bought the radio feed, and have watched a few of the free video feeds. I had a speed issue once, but only that once. I though the quality was good. And I think there are no blackout issues, I connect with a straightforward Costa Rica IP address.

I have watched MLB.com in in SJO for the past four yearly visits with no problem ... My son also watches it in Prague, also with no problems ... internet speeds vary and can have some freezing but absolutely no accessibility problems ...
