15 20 years ago you could get a knockout that would look after your affairs. Of course she inherited the estate when you croaked, but she fulfilled her obligations and actually increased the value of your portfolio. Haven't seen that type of tica in some time. Maybe a Columbiana or Dominicana. Remember May - September relationships are not unheard of here.
