I have used Gato a dozen times over the last 18 months. Usually it is more than just hiring a driver. He is essentially my "party supervisor" and he stays with me when I rent a beach house and shuttles girls back and forth, makes the beer runs, maintains safety and security and much more. But I used him as a simple driver, also, and can recommend him for that also.

I know that he is well known on this site (this is where I found him), and this is just whistling into the wind, but the truth is that we tend to post things on the Internet when something is wrong, and I want to remember to mention the people who make sure that nothing goes wrong- people like Gato.

I lost my passport, Gato found it. I left cell phones and cameras in various bars and hotel rooms because I was distracted, Gato reminded me or went and found them without fail. He has 100% perfect on-time performance in my experiences with him. I recommend him without reservation. Gatotaxi@yahoo.com

I have also used Gato a lot. I would guess about a dozen trips to the airport over the last couple of years. I know the price for this trip so there is not much opportunity to cheat on price. However, every trip has been safe, on time, and with nothing funny going on. Especially when I am worrying about my taxi at 4am on a Sunday morning, Gato has always been there as promised, waiting for me to step out.
