I'm reacting to the reports on the Presidente. I like the hotel a lot and especially enjoy catching up with my wingman in the bar, watching the crowd, etc. Once, we stayed at the Balmoral across the street and I had no problems bringing in a guest, though I don't remember if there was a chica fee. Does anyone know Balmoral's current policy?

Balmoral is a clip joint for mongers. I truly believe that they want to have a family oriented hookah free atmosphere there.

They charged me $20 for my homeboy who was staying at another hotel when he came over to visit before we went to the Del Rey. Put him on my bill along with another $20 for the one chica that I picked up later that night.

That's some cold shit!

Barcelo Rincon de Valle en Sabana Sur is not much better. The last time I stayed there in 2005 they were charging $15 a pop for each chica. If the chicas were in and out, you still payed for each one consecutively!

Can you say "stick me for a quickie"?

I'm not complainin B!

I cant wait to get back to that crazy shit!

fitty

Agree w 50 100%
Balmoral is not the answer part of the problem, not the solution.

Best solution is to start with the CRT sponsors and see whaere that takes you The Morizan and even the Sleep Inn are also alternatives. *I know the SI charges like a $25 guest fee But coupled with a $79 internet price makes it somewhat doable although certainly not ideal.

Yeah, listen to Scuba. Forget places like the Balmoral. There are too many good CRT sponsors that offer great deals and will never clip you with chica fees.

I stayed there a few times when the Horseshoe pick up the tab for the rooms. But the chica fee was $25 each time.

SI=Sleep Inn, not SL, my eyes are shot, too. By the way, SI is a very, very nice place, stayed there 5 times, again next week, get a room if you can 3rd floor facing the DelRey, quietest rooms I have ever had downtown other than the upper floors at the over-priced Holiday Inn Aurola. New construction, internet in your room (but bring your own cord--the dopes want you to pay $11 for one), wireless free in the lounge on the ground floor where they serve breakfast, cable tv, coffee maker, iron, fridge, digital safe, hair dryer, big bathroom, free breakfast with very good selections, fruits, eggs, juices, meat---and located at the epicenter.
