Is is still true that if you are not staying at the SL, you can use their gym if you pay them a fee?

Wow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is a nice gym ! I used to over train and have learned to get the same or better results without tearing up my body. That gym has everything you would need to completely train a body.

How did I know every chair at every bar and the smoking area but missed the gym ?

I used to do it all wrong, then I got a trainer who got i through my thick skull it's all about FORM. Once I learned that, I can now do my full body routine 3 times per week and not walk around feeling like somebody beat me with a bag of hammers.

to avoid law suits, you see the same sign for lots things. (Use of the pool, sauna, gun range , ect ect )
Lets say you drop a weight on your " wing dang doodle" making it inoperative for the rest of your vacation, they don't feel they should have to pay you ....

Gee I wonder why some of the ladies are not required to wear signs like that also????????

Because it keeps moving :P

It used to be down the stairs in the back where the lockers are, now has a permanent home in the clubhouse. Bill did outift it with just the right equipment for the space. Even got a flat-screen back there.

SR

They now need a fine ass chica dressed in a sexy workout getup that will come in and seduce you while you are working out and do you on the incline bench. 8)
