Are the Casinos in San Jose still a 24 hours operation!! I heard a while back that the new lady president wanted to cut down on operation time.

No. They opened at 3pm, but it was going to be moved up to 11am.

The hours were changed to 11am opening and 5am closing sometime ago.

Some do some do not those are the hours they may operate. As in any business what hours they choose to operate is a business decision. For example the HDR does not open the poker tables until 2pm.
