I screwed up and will be there the week of Easter. but you know i am feeling that I may be in demand. For some reason I dont feel i screwed up anymore with all the emails i got about being taken care of. Positive thinking maybe but who knows. I will let you all know.

I'll be in town April 13-20. This is my first trip close to Easter but from what I am hearing and reading I'm not worried, although I am getting out before Holy Thursday. For Easter week seems like the key is to avail yourself of contacts or make some new ones who you can count on to show up for appointments. Best of Luck. Bunda Man.

There are ways around everything. I was there for easter years ago and we found places that serve, albeit in styrofoam cups; some hotels do that. Alternatively, just hit the market before the holiday (starts I believe on Wednesday, but definitely Thursday things are closed) and lay in cases of beer and a bottle or two of some hard liquor. Then just set up a base of ops, such as your hotel room (lock all the valuables away) and have room parties, hit a pool, go to the beach etc. Trouble is most of the chicas are with the fam as its a big family holiday.

Or just change your flight because even with all that, it will be dead.

Made the same mistake back in "08" I just went fishing in Playa Herradura for Thursday and Friday, came back to SJ Friday night went to sleep and woke up Saturday and everything was back to normal, a little lite on chicas at HDR but there were plenty to choose from.
