Has been shown time after time in team sports. A group of extremely talented individuals thrown together can not win championships. A chemistry between the the individual players is necessary and then they must have a binding with the coach. Money can not buy a championship and there is no greater example of that then the NY Yankees. For all the millions they have spent, far outdistancing the competition, the totally of the results shows chemistry not money produces winners.

Man that is a Hella talented team. So all three joined forces. They will make waves in the playoffs.

The real problem is they don't have enough workers on the team. The loss of Udonis Haslem was a HUGE blow. That guy is a worker. Could care less how much he scores, just rebounds and works his tail off on D. Bosh is certainly not a banger, so teams with any low post presence are going to dominate them.

I think their issues only get worse in the playoffs, when everything is half court offense and grind it out defense. They do have a few moer years to figure it out though
