I'm kind of wallowing in newfound immaturity recently, so i like the party-down, frat house atmosphere of the SL. The Amistad is great but a little too quiet for me. Both are top-notch SJ hotels close to the action though.

I did two girls at La Amistad recently with no problem, but I was not obnoxious and I was low key, always a good plan.

LA also gives a very good room/food discount to those who stay for 5 days or more.
I have also brought in two chicas with me (Melissa and Martha) from the SL and encountered no problem nor comments from the staff. Nobody looked at us in any funny way either. It was great.
Check out their website for the discount rates.

Boyd, That was a raw deal they bestowed on you. You'll do fine in another venue. You are a stand up fellow. Best to you, your bride and the little one. :D

I'll be following the crowd on this one. I've never stayed at the Dunn Inn but have had some great meals there over the years, guess what? You have lost my business. My best to Boyd and hold your head high. Clarion was always my favorite hotel anyway, now if we could get some of the dinner prices lowered a bit I'd eat there. Hold room 214 for me. lol

Met with BK during my stay at the DI a few months ago, found him to be a friendly and helpful person. Too bad the owners did not think long term and wanted to kill the goose that laid the golden eggs.

Rates $65 to $120. They are a CRT sponsor. They don't charge a guest fee. Moderately chica-friendly. They don't allow the girls in unless they are with a guy, and they have a one girl per guy policy. You might be able to get 2 girls in if you keep it low-key.

I used to stay at the LA regularly before my stays at the DI. Now that I am done with the Dunn, I will go back there. It is a real nice place ad chica friendly. It is just not a party place which is fine, lower key.

Dean

Simpler, they may just want men to think they are as perfect as they want to appear to them, trying to hide what they consider to be the ugly truth about themselves. And I may be reading more into it than is there, but I do believe they consider the basis of the lies to be justified."

Spent a couple of hours today with BK at the old Zona Blue (I hate calling it HLH). He has turned the around and there is always a nice crowd and at least half a dozen very doable chicas. He lowered the prices to a reasonable level as well as offering new incentives and discounts for CRTs.

The one feature I like is that if you are aHotel Guest there, the cost of a chica session is only $35. And as hot as some of them are, that's one hell of a deal! For sure, it beats Idem hands down!

I did stop by the Dunn Inn and I must say I was truly impressed with what they did with the place. It really looks extremely good. I checked the menu prices and while most of the dishes were overpriced by maybe a dollar or so, I was shocked when I read the price for a "Shrimp Cocktail" (4 each)... $25.00!!!! I think NOT! But the bar looked great and the dinning room was spacious. There were three chicas available of which only one was nice enough.
Now the problem I see them having is keeping perhaps half of the dining room busy. The card room had one person playing three hands.

I don't see how they are going to make it.

Muff I don't see the big discount that was there before? You say they lowered the cost to $35 70K you can get a nice DR chica for that rate, I remember when it was $20 if you were a hotel guest.

I don't know what the pricing is, but your exchange rate is backwards, 35k is $70. $35 is 17.5k more or less.

I rarely post, but after what the Dunn Inn did, I had to add my comment. I have known Boyd for at least 5 years and I would not believe for a second that Boyd would be involved with dealing drugs. He is a stand up guy, who built the bar, hired a top notch staff and that is his reward? I will never go there again. And I know that some of my friends who the owner would certainly classify as "high rollers" and who have been staying at the Dunn won't be there again. We are with you Boyd. You are a good friend that did not deserve this. But as the saying goes, "No truly good deed goes unpunished."

$35 isn't much of a deal, it used to be just $20, now THAT was a deal, if Boyd can get that price back then I might just stay there again. :D

Your right, my mistake. 35K would be my tops at the DR. $35 or 17.5K is not a deal for a hotel customer, $20 was. Whats the rate for a hour now if not a hotel customer?
