Tomorrow is my last day of a five week stay here in CR. It has been a trip to remember. One of the best things has been that I rented an apartment owned by the Dunn Inn. It is a one bedroom fully furnished brand new(1st occupant) place just around the corner from the Dunn. Great location, easy walk to every where in the daytime & short cab ride at night. Good view & great breeze(2 air conditioners not used). Only down side is that BkTuna is my next door neighbor. Just a jab, Boyd. If anyone is looking for a monthly place, you would be hard pressed to find better digs. I know, if I have another extended stay, I will be back.
Gottta get out & enjoy the last day.

what is the rate

$650 a month fully furnished. Electricity, cable, interne tand water are included. It is available monthly or longer. Just contact me at the Dunn or on here if you are interested.

i inquired about the dunn inn apartments during my recent visit and was quoted a rate of $900.00 per month and that included utilities, cable. internet, and bi weekly maid service.

That rate, plus the fact that my friend Boyd got unceremoniously bounced from management, is a deal-killer. The owners short-term mentality and lack of class continues to amaze.

I looked at these apartments a couple of months ago... The only thing I can say is that I've had closets that were bigger and better appointed...

For $650 a month they are overpriced... For $900 a month, forgetaboutit!!!

I wouldn't be surprised if they change the room rates after the rainy season. We will still get a discount, just increase the base price. Just a guess!!!

Having been the one who started this thread, I'll chime back in. After the Absurd treatment of our friend Boyd I won't ever think about staying in the apartment again. Or for that matter spending another Colone at the Done Inn. You also might like to know that the monthly rent has climbed to $900 or 950 a month depending who you talk to. One more great decision by the asshole owners.

Amen Mreztouch(the negotiater) I will accept a free drink at Rick's Cafe Americano and maybe pick up a chica there but will not spend any of my dinero there
