Was roaming around yesterday before the Superbowl with a buddy from SJ. We were hitting different spots for a beer and stopped by the Copacobana. Now I don't know if this is a regular thing or if yesterday was something special, but it was crawling with chicas. And there were quite a few that were hot. And I don't throw the word around lightly. There were three stunning chicas in the naked pool. My buddy went in to take a look but there was something private going on there. He is a bookie and went there a lot to use internet during football season. He says a lot of weekdays are dead, but I am definitely gonna check it out later in the week and for sure on the weekend. Will let ya know if this is a regular thing or just a fluke...

Well; that's welcome news! I'm heading to Jaco on 2/18 and staying at the Copa!

I just got back from Jaco. I went Feb 2-7t. It was more fun than I could ever imagine. I am younger (30) and the 2 guys that I went with are 24 and 28. THere is a TON, I MEAN A TON, of talent in Jaco. Both at Copa, Cocal, Beetle, Monkey AND Le Loft. I plan to go back in march and I am even in the works of purchasing a condo at Vista Mar, which I will give a HANDSOME discount to CRT members. It is on the 2nd level and overlooks the entrance to the Cocal Casino. You get to see the cabs come flooding in one after one with all the girls. You can acutally talk with them from the Balcony before they walk in! It is amazing. I will keep everyone posted, as I plan to purcahse several and would love for my brothers here to take full advantage.

Vista Mar is a nice spot.... Did you find the action around the Cocal pool consistent? Haven't walked over there in a while.

All Day Long baby, all day long. It seems the Jaco day goes something like this. Most everyone parties till 3am or greater. So everyone is slow to rise. I hit the Cocal Pool around 12-1. There were usually anywhere from 5-10 girls there til about 4-5pm. At 4-5pm it starts to take off. All the girls come down. From 5pm-7pm there is about 30-40 girls in the pool area around the bar or in the casino bar. Another GREAT place for mid day action is Claritas. It is down there closer to the Copa on the North end of Jaco beach. Great day talent there as well. Once the night hour starts to hit, we typically would travel up to Monkey or the Beetle Bar. You should have seen the jaws on my buddies there first time we set foot in Beetle Bar  ....they pretty much *hit themselves! HAHAHAHA. They have NO IDEA what I was getting them into! Fun times. But I went to Le Loft everynight, that was my spot. Hope that helps.

PS...Copa had a Bikini contest while I was there. I shit you not the girl that won came out with us after words. She puts Eva Longeria to shame....no lie...The talent is CRAZY in Jaco.

I'm familiar with the Beatle Bar and Monkey Bar from my trip last year, but Le Loft? Is that a new place? Where is it?

Good report Oklahoma. If the talent pool is that deep at Cocal, I'll definitely have to start checking it out more often. Le Loft is dead center of town, tall red building.

Went by Cocal and no chicas today. :( It is early in the week and things are slow in general though.

So local gov't and national gov't are content on letting jaco grow up to be a place for hookers and mongers? Or, are they content on this only in these hard times? I'm surprised by the conversation here since it seems hooker traffic in Jaco is growing and at one time (i thought) locals and local officials were turning against the hooker trade.

I thought at one time they (variety of orgs) were pushing Jaco as family, eco-tourist and surfer friendly and so the hooker trade was being hammered in a varieties of ways. They even organized parades that were all about bringing awareness to Ch*ld sexual abuse as well trafficking.

Also about buying a condo. I'd be careful. As more families buy within, there is a good chance they could get hooker traffic in front of the condo's resident directors to make it more difficult to bring hookers on site. It is a simple majority rules to change condo bylaws. Hookers roaming the hallways at night and filling the outdoor pool as guests during the day - other condo owners could easily see this as a negative effect on the value of their property so be careful buying. They probably would not be able to enforce this against the owner of the property, but I bet they could somehow make it enforceable when the property is rented.

I wouldn't really say hooker traffic is growing. There are just a couple of spots that seem to be getting some day action. Personally, for the good of business here, I wish they would segregate all the hooker related business to one section of the north end of town.

Okay, got it and I agree, north end of town would be a good place.

Personally, I never really knew how to tell a hooker from a tourist if I saw a girl anywhere but the beatle bar so never really bothered with the hunt until the beatle bar started up at about 8.

Thirdworld, middle of the day is hit or miss, plus you were there on a tues, I hear it is BS from Sunday through Tues, then weds it starts to take off. I swear on my head, I had a Condo at Vista Mar, the one that I am in negotiations to buy, the over looks the circle drive to Cocal, it is like shooting fish in a *ucking barrell bro. ABout 5pm/6pm, it is INSANE! Le loft is the hot spot of locals, a dance club. Expect to spend $120 for a $15 bottle of Vodka. But the chicas there are off the chart.

D2864 i would typically agree with that, BUT, Vista Mar is with Cocal, which is Chica friendly. NO ISSUES AT ALL! EVERYONE I met in the Condo and Cocal were there for one reason and one reason ONLY! And it WAS NOT Mahi Mahi,.....But yes, there are condos developments that say "NO GO" to the girls. But we tried to have a party with some local dudes that we met, no homo, just chillin drinking and smoking and the Condo Guards said "Hell No", Girls only.

Yeah, I didn't expect to see too much on Tuesday. Will get back down there today or tomorrow. Same thing at the Copa, not much going on in the early part of the week...

Hey , Nice update ,Ive been all around CR but Jaco just once stayed at the Los suenos Marriots in english it means (NO HOOKERS ALLOWED) This cocal casino is it really monger friendly and chicas parading around looking for work? I looked at the site and it appears like a family place and the rates are $90 and up per night . Me and my wingman are looking to Hit cr in may and get out of san jose since Im tired of the atmosphere. ...
