I have been able to book the rooms at Hotel Dunn Inn, so I am all set to go at the end of the month for few days. Thanks for the comments, plus the event that happened to our fellow member at HLH steered me into Dunn Inn to stay for the duration. Since I was sort of iffy with HLH due to many different opinions and problems that people encountered at that place over the year, and it seems that it is sort of hit and miss instead of consistency that I look for in hotel management.
