Hello all,

I have been trolling this forum for past few days and there is quite a few reports and opinions posted all around about the various hotels that people have recommended. I am going to flying down on the 28th of this Feb, and I am trying to decide on one of the three hotels to book for 3 nights.

I have seen lot of pros and cons among all three, and they are also good quality places, which also have chicas hanging out in those three locations. I seems to be partial to HLH, due to $35 for the ladies there compared to the other locations, but I also liked the reviews about Hotel Dunn Inn and the Sportsmen Lounge as well. So, the question I have is how is the quality of ladies in those three locations, since I am going to be looking at 2 to 3 ladies per day for the vacation break, plus little business as well with few locals for potential business providing tech support for the webhosting company in US.

So here is what I see so far...

Hotel Dunn Inn - Seems to be top of the game as far hotels goes, due to renovations that happened recently and the owner is doing well making it satisfying for people who stay there. Said that the ladies are frequenting around that area, but there is not much details on how much is frequenting there of late.

Sportmans Lodge - Popular place, and said to be 2nd only to HDR in quantities of chicas hanging out. However, I am not much of a sports guy, but I do enjoy good food and quality lodging as well.

Hotel Little Haven - Seems to be popular, but there is some conflicting reports about the discounts and the rates from the posts all over. However, the big draw I see about this place is that it is Hotel, MP and a bar/resturant if I read it correctly all in one as well. I noted that you can have ladies that is part of HLH for $35 per hour, which is a nice discount, but they have some other fees if I understand about bringing in other ladies or such? Not sure on it, but it is seems good there.

So, you can see my issue here, since all three seems popular destinations and I trying to decide on those places to book my stay at the end of February for few days. Just I rather have ladies at hand, that I do not have to walk far out from where I am staying basically. As for HDR, not to knock them, but they are more of newbie hotel, and I prefer quality, not quantities. So...how about it guys, any suggestions or comments? Plus, if you can recommend other hotels that have those qualities, I am all ears. I did look at Hotel La Amistad, but not sure about it. It have all the great features of a hotel, but dunno about the ladies and the closeness to the other MP and locations.

The decision will most likely be made for you, meaning get a room where you can find one. I called SL, Presidente and Dunn Inn the other day and all are booked full over the Feb. weekend that I was considering.

It's a little out of the way, but I took a quick tour of Hotel M last night. The place is very nice. They are running a special right now and I think all of the rooms are 99 night and some have jacuzzis as well.

A quick cab ride and you can be at HDR or anywhere else you want to get to.

With that said, the Dunn is great. Rooms are nice. Staff is great.

Elikster, what Paco said is true. You very well could be limited to availability. If all 3 were available though, HLH would be a very distant 3rd. Just MHO. Have a great time no matter where you stay! 8)

If the other places are full, HLH can be a backup, since it's never sold out. Otherwise, you gain little by staying there, it doesn't have nearly the amenities and services available as the SL, Dunn Inn, Presidente, etc. You also only save $10 on the girls, so unless you bring a lot of them to your room, the cost savings over the regular $46 CRT rate is minimal.

Hello,

No problem at all. There is one hitch I did not like about Hotel Dunn Inn. It is their reservation ordering pages, since it expects me to plunk down the money for the deposit for the rooms, which is little higher than the total rooms cost itself, so it seems I wind up paying double for it and get the refund from the deposit later, which I do not appreciate. Unless that is not how it works. I am waiting for word from them about how that reservations works, so I can book the room with them due to your recommendations.

Hello,

If that the case, then perfect. I will go ahead and book it with them. Just the way it was structured, it made me uneasy to book it, since all the other hotels I have visited in China, England, US, Korea, they never did the reserve part for booking. Thanks for the info!

Elikster, the best way for VIPs to book a room at the Dunn Inn is to PM Boyd (Bktuna) here. He'll get you set up right.

Just call the Dunn Inn 011 506 2222 3232
They ask for a CC# for cancelations
Front desk speekio englishio :D

I would use HLH as a defalt

Then Mr Johnsons place :D

After that but a tie Hotel Asia

Good advice HT...... But BK has a new place to run and a new bundle of joy to deal with

Book at the desk and use BK if there is a problem... and do not ask him to fix your problem with a ruined bed... right away   :D

I just realized that BK means Boyd, as BkTuna. I going to send him a PM and arrange for the room then, since I am not sure if they will know that I have membership and take the discount in consideration.

But overall...thanks for the suggestions and comments here guys. I will see you in CR on Feb28th if any of you are going to be there.

Thanks ATM,

Do you know how long the walk is from the Dunn to the Del Rey? Heading there over Halloween weekend. Much appreciated.
