By that logic, you should be sending a check to Google or Facebook or even Twitter if you use it. Oh ya, be sure to send one to your local newspaper if you aren't buying the hardcopy anymore like most people, and just reading for free online. These arguments about supporting a site are BS. I use to own a forum that used probably 100 times the bandwidth of this one and I used that same argument to try to get membership dollars out of people. Truth is, just off the advertising dollars alone I would make about 20 times what it cost to host and run the site, even after taking a decent salary. Web hosting today is almost free. A site like this can be hosted on a dedicated server for less than $100 a month, and thats fully admined. Talking total monkey work to run something like this. If I see a real benefit of joining, I will join, but your argument is nothing more than uneducated bunk. But you aren't an internet professional like me, so I wouldn't expect you to know any better. Thank me later.

I understand how you feel. When my first membership expired, I felt similar and was slow to buy the lifetime, But what I found was just one of the many friends I have met through CRT is well worth the 100 bucks. Its an inexpensive club to be a part of. Maybe the VIP is a 'status symbol' ok.

I hate the Sportsmans Lodge because I can never get a room there.
How many months in advance do you have to book?

I plan to watch the Game tomorrow at the SL. I used to always watch it at the Del Rey but they refuse to ventilate the place so it gets so damn Hot and Smokey, Yuk.

I will host a review soon, but the best reason to stay, eat, or party at the SL (well, second best reason besides chicas), is the service that Bill provides. He just is a stand up guy who is all about costomer service, and takes excellent care of his guests.

I just send the donation to Brother Jazzbo. :D

SL is great just the way it is.

Simpler, they may just want men to think they are as perfect as they want to appear to them, trying to hide what they consider to be the ugly truth about themselves. And I may be reading more into it than is there, but I do believe they consider the basis of the lies to be justified."

I upgraded to the lifetime before my first year of VIP was up, because I saved myself the fee the first trip just at the SL. I use the discount mostly at hotels like others I forget at many places and to support the board and people that keep me safe and direct me to good Tica's and women I can't get at home.

Thanks Admin and everyone else that isn't always bickering :)

I posted this back when Boyd was hammering the board with post about the Dunn Inn.

I still think the Sportsman's Lodge is the go to place to stay in Costa Rica.

And normally Bill will wave at you before you get a chance to wave at him.

P.S. Carrol is my favorite bartender. She wears those low cut shirts that if you learn the technique, you can hug her (you sitting in a low chair) and usually one nipple will pop out and rub against your cheek.

I thought normal rakes were around 5%.

If only the SL had a poker table/room, IMO it would be the "perfect" place. When I go on vacation, I like to play a couple of times but that's about it since I don't want to spend my vacation time sitting in one spot in one place.

I will be staying at the SL when I come back down in the fall. Hopefully I will still be able to place a wager there with Ron during football season.

October can't get here soon enough!
