Gentlemen,

I have a friend who recently signed up to become a member of the board here. He has never taken in the monger activities so I have shown him how to use the "Search" function here and so far, it seems to be working well for him.

Now, He is planning a trip to San Jose in June and will be staying at the Presidente even after the stories that I have told him about my stays there (Good and Bad). I made him aware of the dress code for the girls, but overall, the place is quite nice.

My buddy has lucked out and has requested and will be staying in room 801 there. I told him that I never stayed in that room and to do a search. He claims that he did search and the only information he could find is that the hot tub is out on the balcony, and that the room is "Nice".

My question to help this buddy out is that I was wondering if any of you have stayed in this room 801? If you have stayed in this room, could you talk about how you liked it and perhaps share a link that has information about the room or your experiences in general.

Lets please not get into an arguement about whether it is wrong for him to stay at this hotel or not. I have made him aware of experiences I have had in the past with the girls not dressing properly and getting turned away at the desk. That is not the goal of this forum.

Thanks guys and I hope to see as many of you as possible in the fall when I hope to come down.

LT

I stayed in 801 over the Summer.. Big Spacious room with sitting area when you walk in with a TV / Plus TV By the Bed off to the right with a desk against the wall facing the outside sliding glass doors.

Bathroom has separate door from the sinks and shower which is nice and balcony runs the length of the room facing Avenedia Segunda.. Hot Tub is outside and Nice out there.

VERY NICE ROOM!

I've stayed in it as well a few years ago, back when you could get it at the CRT discount rate of $95/night. It's a true suite, with separate a separate living room and bedroom. And yes, a 4-person jacuzzi out on the full-length balcony, along with a table I believe. Very nice indeed, perfect for TLN's with a favorita.

He ended up staying at the SL instead. He prefered the idea of having working girls right outside his room door. Thanks for asking. I'll mention your message to him.

He made a smart choice - for "guests" the Prez is DOA - he would have had a good time in the hot tub - solo

Given their policies, not surprised this room was available......
