Question: What was sweeter than seeing Brady stare into space in utter despair after we recovered that 2nd on side kick?

Answer: Watching a sad and dejected Belicheat quietly mumble answers to the reporters after the game!!! :P

Gonna start checking flights to DFW.... looking forward to seeing the PACK for a rematch

Dave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF with representing the AFC East!!!    It is in your Dolfan ethics code, you are NOT allowed to root for the Jets unless you have $$ on them

OR in the case yesterday, where you despise BOTH teams. I rooted for the Jets yesterday to beat the Pats since I knew there was no way the Steelers were gonna beat the Pats. Now I can root for the Steelers and neither team goes to the Super Bowl

I expect more from a Dolfan, Dave :!: :!: :!: :!: Do Red Sox fans root for the Yankees to represent the AL?

No great surprise that the "...wildly irresponsible..."* beat the choirboys. Next week comes the real test--don't be admiring those rings any too soon.

Thank you Dave you are a gentleman unlike others on this board

It must be excruciatingly painful to be a Dolfan as the whining tone of Tste527's posts exhibit to us here in this thread. I pity the poor fella and his suffering :P :P At least you, Dave has found a better path to deal with the anguish...the path of a mensch!

I used to choose to hate and despise any team that brought threat to my beloved Dolphins but later realized that I cannot control the outcomes of the games and for me it's just better to enjoy sports and not let my day be ruined by how my favorite teams do. The players go out and shake hands and wish each others well after games, so why shouldn't we as fan be able to do the same? I have taken so much stress out of my life by taking this mentality. Believe me I was a fanatic to the extreme before and looking back it was the wrong way to approach it. It seems to me that the players if the read fan forums or blogs would be laughingly amused by how we react to everything we overreact to. Let me just say that I respect the opinions of both of you and wish you both the best. Next year I hope the Dolphins are contenders. Also thanks PR on the compliment on being on the path of mensch, I had to look up the meaning as my knowledge of Yiddish is limited but ironically that is the path I have decided to follow....well apart from the monger thing  in my life, in the last few years. In closing, Tstef52 PM me, we need to hook up for a beer since you live in the same area and PR the same if I get over to the other coast. Goodnight and all the best. DRD

The JETS deserved to win that game. They really outplayed the Pats.

Umm IF..you get past the PACK ...and GOOD LUCK that....you will LOSE this time against the GANGREEN in Dallas...momentum is against you. PS Bears were 50-1 to win the Super Bowl at the beginning of the year...there is a reason for that. Why are you this far? Hmmmm.. lucky maybe?

Well we will need to re negotiate that if you see us in big D

Lucky huh, I believe that bottle you are in debt to me is from a recent game in Chicago where your Jets were humbled by the Bears and backed into the playoffs by doing so..   http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/gametracke ... 26_NYJ@CHI

Believe we got by the Pack just fine in Week 3 in Chicago http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/gametracke ... 927_GB@CHI"

We also let the Pack slip away "barely trying" in Green Bay Week 17 in a game that meant nothing to the Bears and everything to the Pack, (win or no playoffs) yes, they managed 10 points   in a MUST WIN against our Defense IN GREEN BAY    Which we watched together at SL and agreed that the Bears gave less than their best effort...  http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/gametracke ... 102_CHI@GB

And if I were you, would be a lot more worried about Pitt in the big "Ketchup Bottle :( :(

DO your homework amigo.. :!: :!: :!:

Be THRILLED to re-negotiate, I could use another bottle of XX Anos Centenario along with the Zacapa...AGAIN, assuming Your team gets there. :P :P if you should get lucky and beat Pittsburgh in their backyard twice in one year... well kudos to you and I will see ya in big D !!!! 8) 8)

freaked out on the goal line.
took way to long to score after the safety. what were all those running plays?
oh well. the better teams are likely meeting in the super bowl.
