You can raise it naturally all you want, but it will NEVER be what it was without testosterone replacement therapy. It is the exact SAME reason that women take Estrogen to replace what lost in Menopause. It will increase libdo, bone density, mental awareness, energy, better sleep, lower your risk for arthritic issues and more....there is no comparison. Gel is a bit of a waste of time as well, it is not a potent, requires more applications, and is messy.
No one is trying to take that away from you. On the contrary, you do what you got to do.
Up to a certain age, most guys can raise their testosterone. How much depends on each individual. Can they keep it high enough not to need injections/implants ? Well, a lot can. And you don't want to mess with this stuff unless you are sure you need it and have exhausted other measures.
1. I have had friends that have gone with test with good benefits and then got off them and got back to the gym with even results.
2. I read here all the time and hear from guys in town that they got a shot and didn't see any results. That indicates that they were not low or the shot was bad.
3. When I used to train for arm wrestling, I did learn that the more squats I did, the stronger I got overall as it did increase my natural levels. Now I work out VERY light and still get great results from a light workout BUT I am of the younger group here so I am trying to save these measures until as long as possible.
Good Luck.
