C'mon Bob, with all your card game winnings you should be able to afford the $50 a month extra for digital cable.

ABC is channel 76. Since they switched the feed to Miami :D you get the same program on CBS and ABC during the day. When the evening notwork news comes on and during prime time they have separate normal network programming. Not sure if that is intentional or a programming glitch that will be changed. CNN has changed to CNN International (channel 33) i do not know if there is diffrence between that and the CNN we use to receive.

Channel 2 now has a roll a dex so we can at least find out where everything is located. My cable is included in my rent,so I have to talk to my landlord to get increased coverage. Hey....maybe he will add the porn channel. It appears that Fox is the only station missing that I care about. ID...How much does that package cost?

Dreaded "word on the street" is 5000 colones. Last I heard they were not taking orders for digital service because they did not have receivers in stock. Muy Tico

Faux News is nothing more than the mouth-piece for Rupert Murdoch and does the right-wing a disservice with their rabid commentary...

Just another example of corporate America attempting to force-feed propaganda which supports their agenda... IMO, Faux News is the worst of the lot, which is not saying much as all US news media is nothing more than wankers that attempt to manipulate viewers with their spin of any and all news...

I remember a time when the news organizations in the US actually reported news, not manufactured it... :?

I agree. Fox News is nothing but a Tea Party mouthpiece bent on destroying progressive America. I get tired of hearing Juan Williams and Al Sharpton spew their conservative venom on that hack network.

But seriously, every objective observer knows that CNN leans left just as far as Fox leans right, and that's fine. I watch both to get both perspectives, and I think both are equally good. Have you ever tried watching "news" that is completely unbiased for more than 30 minutes (if such a thing exists, but Headline News came close)? That's painfully boring stuff right there.

Nope, its all the Anti-Fox news types that are the Kool Aid drinkers. Fox News consistently beats all other news stations in viewer ship, so if we are the Kool Aid drinkers, there are a great lot of us. :D

Not necesarily like us.. :D But like I said before, even though the network has it's leaning, I will watch it for hours and hours... Except for that psychotic Beck, I actually like most of the people on there. O'Reilly is kind of like that uncle at family events. Great guy to talk to, just don't follow his way of looking at things. My friends on the left are appalled when I say this. Like I said, I don't agree with their politics either, so don't really care. Huckabee a good guy too..... I digress. A lot of times, especially in news media, a show will be popular because it has followers and people who watch because they are against. To sum it all up, I would not be happy if Fox News went off the air here. My leftie friends say supporting the enemy, not knowing I consider them the enemy too.
