What team is going to get him? Should anyone take a chance on this talented head case?

screw him .....I was always a fan of his .....hell one year at the end of the 1st half made the over and won me a bet that saved a vegas trip for me (my wing and I put our last $880 on the over 1st half 23.5 and his catch made it 17 to 7) I kept telling my wing something always happens at the end of the half in Minn. games and it was a catch only he could make. But watching him go off like a baby again....I am done and tired of him.....why pay that $$$$$ for a guy who will cause shit on your team. Hope he just goes away .....just like a QB I am sick of hearing about

Has to be a veteran team with a strong QB. This does NOT apply to the Fins, so they should absolutely NOT put a waiver claim in.

Would NOT surprise me 1 bit if he goes back to NE. And if he does watch out, all Moss needs is motivation and that just might be the boot in the ass he needs. Of course it really is a shame a professional athlete cannot self-motivate!

Who should go after Moss? Chargers (couldnt possibly hurt), Arizona (would make Fitzgerald relevant again), Jax (another coach with nothing to lose).

that Pats spin is a good point ...since he rubbed the Minn. coach face in how much he missed the Pats coach, team and players......I hope no one picks him up and he gets busted for drugs or sending photos to staff members .....he is a baby that just got full of himself ....

lost my bet on Moss, my money on was he be gone by Jan 31st, dam lost by 90 days. So much for the super Bowl win this year and the free 2 billion stadium for the Vikings Billionaire, can you say

GO LA Vikings

I just wonder if he still forgives all the Mud Ducks fans for trading him last time around.

for the F.I B 's here and the uniformed Mud Duck means a Minnesotan

for the uniformed F.I.B. means, figure that out your self's

Heard on ESPN today that a local caterer had brought in lunch for the team free of charge and Moss told the guy he wouldn't even feed it to his pets. Classy guy.

This is the story on that according to Yahoo sports.

Quote:
As is the team’s custom on Fridays, a local food establishment was invited to the training facility to serve a catered, post-practice meal in the locker room. In this case, a St. Paul restaurant that is a favorite of former Vikings center Matt Birk. As the proprietors helped serve chicken, ribs, pasta and other dishes to Vikings players, Moss paced up and down the serving line and loudly expressed his displeasure with the offerings.

According to one player who witnessed the scene, Moss yelled, “What the [expletive]? Who ordered this crap? I wouldn’t feed this to my dog!”

Said the witness: “It was brutal. The truth is, he deserved to be cut after that. It was such an uncomfortable moment. You know that feeling where you just can tell someone feels so small? That’s what it was like being there.

“This wasn’t a chain – it was a mom-and-pop restaurant, and you could tell it was their best stuff. They had a special carving station set up, and there were players and other support staff lining up to eat it. And [Moss] is at his locker saying, ‘You know, I used to have to eat that crap – but now I’ve got money.’ You just felt so sad for them. I had never seen anyone treated like that.

“And by the way, the food was actually really good.

If you canned these prima dona athletes after a couple of episodes, not caring their talent level, discipline over these guys would pick up. Happens in all sports. Seriously, why not all owners in NBA say they are not gonna take it anymore. Guy goes to jail, he's out. It wouldn't take long before these baby athletes had to learn the lesson John Q. Working America has to follow.... Ain't gonna happen, but it's a swell thought. :D

If Moss got cut for making a scene about FOOD, someone ELSE should lose their job!! Childress is a MORON (bigger one) for making such a dumb decision. No offense, but who gives a shit if Randy likes the damn food or not, you gave up a 3rd rd draft pick and pay him to catch footballs. And even when he doesn't catch balls, he still draws the best corner and a safety over to open up for someone else (Percy Harvin).

To make this move BEFORE Sidney Rice is back and healthy is plain stupid.

As is usually the case I doubt that the food incident was the sole reason but rather the culmination of a number of incidents such as the interview after the loss on Sunday.

Except for a few exceptions such as tennis, wrestling, golf, etc. sports are a team game. To be successful your team must work together. A malcontent in the locker room, no matter how talented, can easily disrupt the team concept and will eventually cause more trouble then they are worth. Every coach faces a time in their career where they must make the hard decision to sacrifice success, and perhaps their job, in order to maintain the teams togetherness.

Terrell Owens is the poster boy illustrating this.
