In my opinion the Halloween Party at the Sl is the best event of the year. The girls get dressed up sexy and are not a s work oriented and many of the CRT brothers will be in costume. For first timers do not be afraid to jump in and wear a costume, you will have a blast. I intend to make a run for my third title in 5 years.

I know this thread is about the Halloween Party at the Sportsmens Lodge on Saturday October 30

Since I have never been down SJ for Halloween ... What exactly are the goings ons other then the Sportsmens.

Questions about Halloween weekend ... I know the big extravaganza will be at the sportsmen lodge on Saturday and I hope/plan to attend ... does anyone know of any other traditional parties like at the Del rey or Key Largo .... I believe I have seen pictures before from a party at the Hotel M.

I would probably want to take in a couple different venues on either or both days.

also with the Halloween day being actually that Sunday, what is going on in the gulch on that day/night? Are all the festivities geared towards Saturday? Will there be some on Sunday anywhere?

The only parties will be found at the gringo spots, basically the SL and HDR, and these will be on Saturday, the usual party day. Halloween, being a pagan tradition, just isn't that big a deal in a Catholic culture like CR's.

Well, I've got my costume figured out... I will be doing my John Belushi imitation from Animal House, Togas all the way...

if you are here on Halloween then head down to the Mall San Pedro when they are fully opened at 11am.

Check it out at lunchtime and in the afternoon. Go straight to Exotica's, where they sell all of the sexy costumes, and look at the line going out the door of hot Tica's.

Then ask yourself....When is the last time you have seen so many "10's" in one place? IMHO this line will feature some of the most stunningly gorgeous women I have ever seen in Costa Rica
