Exactly, the trannies want to rob gringos, not sexually service them. Their ploy is to look like an appealing chica to some drunk and horny gringo so he will come up to them, then gringo gets robbed, mugged or worse by the tranny and any hidden hidden friends.

Got a very simple and very effective bit of advice: Find the oldest taxi driver who is alone and has the grayest hair. He won't rob you.

In addition, SL to Castillo is not less than one block. It's around the corner and a couple of (short blocks) away or less. But the key is that it's around the corner and therefore not in sight of the crowd often near the SL entrance.

Why wouldn't the more enterprising criminals go there and try to pick off some of the slower (less informed) members of the gringo herd?

i make the walk between the HDR and SL/amistad almost every night. it is usually deserted and i am never drunk and always aware of my surroundings. i will be doubly careful over halloween and wish our brother a speedy recovery.
