As already previously stated a number of times, there is no p4p in the Puerto Viejo area to speak of.

Limon does have p4p, but it's far from the type palatable to most gringo mongers. There are several waterfront bars with a few hookers, and near the piers, a handful of streetwalkers will be looking for horny, disembarked cruise ship passengers. Several short term hotels are nearby as well.

The girls my buddy and I ran into down there while waiting on my vehicle to get through all the red tape back in 2004 were not anything I would want at all. Not to mention the Motel they stayed at with no furniture and mattresses on the floor. It's a dirty place, Limon, you are better off taking a girl from SJ and going further south to Puerto Viejo if seeing the east coast is on your list.
