And that's the best answer there is to this question, forget about actual numbers, there's just going to be less there early in the week than the weekend. Monday is the worst of all nights.

According to the HDR webcam there averages 2 bartenders on Sunday, 2 bartenders on Monday and 3 bartenders on Tuesday. Now if MuchoGusto will apply his bartender/working chica/gringo√% formula to estimate a ratio we should have an answer soon.
