There are also some alternative treatments available. While I still make more annual trips to SJ per year, I also mix it up with some trips to Bogota which is an interesting diversion; and can help remove the CR symtoms as well. Going to Lima, Peru in three weeks and will see if there is any possible symtom relief in that place. Right now it looks somewhat promising.

Wow! so that is my problem....My first trip was exactly one year ago after seeing my Columbiana girlfriend in Panama. I read somewhere that your life as you thought you knew it will be changed forever..I now have made 4 trips to the gulch and am looking for a flight to return in two weeks. I have backed off the Columbian relationship as well....i actually had paperwork to deliver to my Columbian girlfriend for her to try to join me in Calif. but alas i never left the gulch and she may never see California. I now attend sex and love addiction 12 step classes for a cure but spend my time looking for a cheap Costa Rican flight. I fly stand by on American Airlines and was actually happy when they overbooked and took me off the airplane on my return flight. It meant one more day/night in my new city of choice. I think I'm hooked!!! A few days ago my dental bridge fell out while i was eating and i immediately knew where i was going to replace it!!! I was already gleaming with pleasure as the thought of what i could with the extra savings on the dental money I was saving... Yes, the only short time cure is a return trip and test my willpower. I am truly powerless over the BM/DR...Is there a cure Paco??

I have been to CR at least 20 times in the last few years and can HONESTLY say I'm not addicted.

Puff – is not a joke is the way to financial ruin with a smile. I was planning to fly 1 or 2 times a year.
1. First trip in April 2008
2. June trip – just got back
3. Already book and paid for Labor Day
4. Already book and pay for Halloween
5. Already book and paid for January 2009

I’m still looking at fares every day. Yep, I’m not addicted either.
