Champagne rooms typically require that amount, however hardly anyone buys a bottle service anymore (except for n00bs and tourists).

Many clubs down here also have VIP rooms or private rooms available at much less cost (e.g 25 bucks for 30 minutes).

And there are a ton of desperate strippers out there these days. With several notorious clubs closing down recently and the general lack of clients "making it rain", they are prowling around looking for the rent money.

The economy in So Flo is still very bad...

I was in Islamorada last w/e eating at the seafood buffet place in Whale Harbor on Sat night. Two years ago (also father's day w/e) it was packed and a 2 hr wait. This year it was only half full.

Key Largo had more for sale signs and boarded up shops like Ive never seen on US 1.

Looks like me and GR gotta get down to Miami and start helping our homegirls out
