Besides the price, anyone know what the difference is between the various "standard" rooms at the SL? Should I just go with the cheapest or is there significant differences among them in terms of size/noise....

If noise is an issue for you, do not get any of the courtyard rooms. Those are the standard (and some are large) rooms neaa the bar area. Pay a few bucks more and get in the modern wing. The rooms are newer, nicer, and less noisy (especially if you get one on the 2nd floor).

The cheaper rooms in the clubhouse area are fairly quiet.

Just wanted to say what a good guy BK is-- he is the manager at Hotel Dunn Inn and he gave good advice about the SL. He is a great example of CRT brothers helping each other. I just hope he never reprises his Halloween costume of two years ago. I saw the pictures and the hairy legs alone were enough to clear out the bar.
