Yes of course and I've been thinking of my error all day. To atone, may I suggest that there is a Brother, WordWiz, who runs a business as a facilitator with an excellent relationship with Ms. Starlene. If there's time I'd PM him or get in touch at http://www.healthtraveltours.com Anything to smooth the path.
As far as payment, if my CC was maxxed, my ATM empty and no cash, I'd get on the horn or email a friend or relative from wherever I'm from and ask them to guarantee. It might be a hassle and surley break your CR stealth cover...but as a last resort...
