CLN,

I have been using the gym at the SL, aslo lots of fast walking to start, running to follow. For me it is about routine and cutting out trouble food items.

Later today, I will put together a roll call with starting weights. I you want to contrbute to the prize pool let me know. So far I have contrbuted one HLH session.

I did well this weekend, two workouts, no alcohol and no fast food.

How does that work with the gym, will Bill just let people use it? I wouldnt mind throwing him a few bucks to give me access if thats what it took. I'm now in the Soledad section of down, a block away from Pantera Rosa, are there any gyms in this area that you know of?
As far as "contributing" to the prize pool, I dont know what I could give. Maybe some free entry tickets to Puchos? lol.

There is a nice Multi Spa gym behind Parque Central, off Ave 2, 1 block west of the McDonalds.

Ok I want in on this. fresh off bypass surgery and starting rehab with a goal to lose 20 lb during the 6 week rehab and maybe more,over the summer. starting at 356.
