Hello Gentlemen,

Just for kicks I thought I would once again give some info. on possibly making some big $.
Some of you old timers will remember me recommending silver and gold years ago.
Well did any of you get into it ???
Well I'm damn close to retiring now and traveling full time..
Now this is a stock but it has huge potential. It is time sensitive as it is ready to fly.
Announcement of funding coming out soon.

PLEASE do your own DD !!!!! I have invested big on this one....
The Company is Quasar Aerospace Industries Inc. Ticker (QASP)
Good luck to all,

The Nuck

Nuck; Way to go. On your advice, I put in a buy order sat. night. Got in at .0235 finished the day at .03. 35% on my money in one day. Not bad.

Thanks for the advice, we'll see how it plays out. On another note, I've been in gold and silver my entire adult life. It's been very good to me. Just have to know when to get in and when to get out.

Tough to do Due Diligence on a "Pinksheet" company who's main line of business heretofore has been flight training schools and who now wish to do aircraft engine development. I guess it's encouraging that the prez has bought so much of his company's stock--but that might account for the rapid price rise too.

Hey Nuck...

you have any information on "Inver Finance, Ltd." ?

I can not find any information on them plus the terms of the finance deal appear to be somewhat too good to be true.

If I read correctly, No interest for first 3 years, intrest accrues at 6.5% during years 4 thru 10, No principal payments until year 10, plus QASP can extend terms for another 10 years (5x2) or pay them off at the end of 10 years in total ( interest and principal) for just a 9% equity stake in the company???

Some very basic math would indicate the P&I in year 10 would be north of 525 Million. A 9% stake would indicate a market cap of over 5.5 Billion ?

I want to talk with these "Inver Finance,Ltd" people, I like the way they do business...!

Help me find them !!

Peace
PIDD

Pidd, Do not know "Inver Finance,Ltd"..

I thought that they would announce the financing sooner than Dec. 15th. BEWARE that if they don't the stock will DIVE to sub penney.

HIGHLY speculative play.

Hey Nuck...

I reread your 1st and last posts and somewhat hard to
believe they were written by same person.

Hope someone didn't steal your password and post
a pump and dump...

Peace

Well,

I reduced my position yesterday as I thought they would announce the financing sooner and I was way too large in it.
Today held up far better than I thought it would with no news.
I, in fact, bought back some just before closing. And will buy more tomorrow (maybe)?

Oh yeah, Hell yeah...especially if the stock tip came as a cold-call and the deal is done through the Denver or Vancouver Exchanges. Guaranteed winner, that one is.
Great first Post.

Send me $100,000 dollars.
Every month I will send you $2,000 interest and you will still have the $100 grand principal.
All you have to do is get all your friends to sign up.
