I stayed there for 1 night on the 27th of Feb and had a great time- tried to get a party going, everyone backed out so I invited a guide friend and his girl. They brought a friend, spent the evening chilling with very low priced beers (2.00 a beer) with a fabulous free breakfast for 3 the next morning. Eric is a 1st-class guy!! The place is very new and very cool. Penthouse # 2. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and nice bar, DVR, Tuner with a great sound system.

Staying at this place was one of the reasons why my trip was so enjoyable. Very clean and spacious. Eric and his staff bent over backwards to make sure my first vacation to CR went smoothly. They asked what my amigos and I liked for breakfast, and served it at the time of our choosing. This place is also in the perfect location. Walking distance to DR, SL, NF, and virtually across the street from HLH. No chica fee and no questions asked at the door. Eric stopped by pretty much everyday to check up on us to make sure our needs were met, and to answer the many questions we had about gringo gulch. Like Florida said, $10 to rent the cellphone. It came in handy when our group separated. Eric gives newbies tours as well. I will definitely be staying at executive suites again on my next trip. I’ll give suite#2 a shot this time!

I stayed here from March 8th-15th. The next time I visit I will definitely be staying here again. As everyone previously stated, Eric and his staff are great people and very helpful. The ladies absolutely LOVE the views from this place. I felt safe(even at night) walking from here to Del Rey, Sportsmans, and everywhere in between(just avoid the trannys!). Great breakfast every morning. I looked thru his new penthouse and it looks awesome too. Its very easy to get cabs out front of the building too. I will be posting a trip report in the next week or so. Can't wait to go back!

Just returned from my second stay at Executive Penthouse Suites, this time we tried Penthouse 2. Eric as usual was very professional in setting us up. This PH is larger than unit 1, has a full bar, 3 bedrooms, large multi headed shower shared by 2 bedrooms and a steam sauna shower in the other bedroom. Has a 42" tv & stereo system in living room and smaller tv's in bedrooms, wifi through out. Balcony has a telescope, interesting at night! place is great for entertaining as it has 2 really large sofas and 2 tables in the bar area. Doormen are cool and no problems with multiple chicas. The only thing I miss is the double Jacuzzi that is in the Master Bedroom of Penthouse 1.

there is now a finished rooftop lounge for use by the 2 Penthouses. It is pretty large and totally glass, great views of the entire city. Since my last stay they put in carpeting, tables and chairs, a lot of plants and a sound system. I'm still waiting on the pool table. Its on the 6th floor and is very quiet and can be a great spot for some night action. The girls love the seclusion and views. Both of my wingmen made extensive use of this. Seems like Eric has been around a bit as more than one chica we pulled from the SL said "oh, this is Eric's place". The 5 nights we stayed were to short. We all had a great time, little sleep, major parties and the girls didn't break anything!

As everyone else has said, this place is the perfect solution for 2 or more guys. Oh yeah, we drove them crazy with additional towel requests but they gave us all we needed. Eric and his staff made us feel like family and handled all our needs quickly. Daily housekeeping and breakfast were fantastic. We will DEFINITELY be back on our next trip to CR. When booking make sure you tell them you are a CRT VIP as you get a 15% discount from standard rates and an additional 5% as a returning guest.

I see that there's a 2Bd/ 1-1/2 Bath apt. for rent in the same bldg. Mentioned 'cuz it's in the Classifieds--gotta buy the furniture though.

I will be there (PH1) from 5/20 to 6/1 and am very excited (chicas of course and a swinging pad). The reservation process is great. You give a $165 deposit and you are given a final amount you owe upon arrival which has the CRT discount and taxes included. Final price, nice and simple.

Stripper pole, bed and towels. Forget the dresser, your clothes will be off most of the time anyway.
