Cujo, man you were the first to welcome me with a pm about how great a time I was going to have on my first trip back in January. You were prophetic and correct on all accounts sir. It was the best two weeks of my life between the ticas and the very interesting fellow mongers that I met. I had experiences that only previously I could dream about.

Well recently the need to again feed has consumed me and a return visit I feel is a must for continued sustenance. This time I'm all in from 4/26 to 5/6 at the HDR. I don't plan to mess around too much as I will be a sophomore (Greek, sophizesthai ‘to devise, become wise’). Please include me in the soiree May 1 if you still have room. Thank you.

So among those who are going, any lovers of single-malt scotch?

I'll be bringing a bottle of Aberlour Abunadh, single malt bin 29. They come out with a new small batch scotch just about every year. I got hooked on bin 21 at the end of 2008. Bin 26 last year was a hair less spectacular. Bin 29 I have not tried yet, but I will be bringing a bottle so if you want some be sure to grab a glass and have a taste!

Cujo.. I'll be in SJO from the 28th to May 5. Would welcome the chance to meet you and share a drink. Is the much talked about part by invitation only or can a fun loving Canadian kick up his heels with the crowd?

Thanks for the vote of confidence JR60! Small addendum for you 1) We sing "O Canada" and have been since 1967 and our flag is a big red maple leaf (ask anyone who watched Olympic hockey) and the Queen is only on our money! However, God save the Queen.

When and where is the "gathering" please?

Remember I use the words USE TO.. Well my flag is the Black Green and Gold. and any one who watch the World Championships or the summer Olympics know those colors.

The Gathering will be on Saturday the 1st at SL in the Penthouse Suite..
