That club is the one mentioned above--Pareja Total. Don't agree with the "...right across the street..." argument to direct hotel choices--cabs cruise that neighborhood 'til late so getting back to any hotel is not a problem or the club could call you one.

Was just there recently with my wife. Feel free to PM me with any questions. We stayed at the Sportsmens Lodge and had a BLAST! We are actually now heading to BlackBeards in the Dominican Republic in May (wife wanted to be near the beach, with a pool, etc). Again let me know if you have any questions. PM would be the best. The best choice is HLH. I have gone there with a girlfriend at least 12 times and always had a great time. They treat you with respect and the girls love couples. At $26 per girl per session, we found 2-3 girls at a time to be the perfect treat.

You can also bring back girls at night, or you can arrange to take a HLH girls out for the evening. If you go to other parts of Costa Rica, you can leave your extra luggage at HLH for your return trip, as luggage charges inter country are excessive.

I have to give HLH the highest ratings for staying as a couple. Wait until your wife meets Pamela and Karen!
