Is the Holiday Inn at the park Girl Friendly or is there a joiner fee? I plan to book a room for 2 adults but don't now if they frown on different unregistered overnight guests.

I am getting shut out on availability of good rooms over upcoming Memorial day weekend at SL (my first choice).

They charge you a $70 made up fee to bring a "guest" to YOUR own room.

Brother Oyoyo--You've gone from the alpha to the omega--try Dunn Inn, Castillo, Freebird, Tiquicia, any CRT Sponsor hotel. Even the HDR only charges $10/chica/time. Sleep Inn, el Prez or Clarion might do you. Hostel Pangea even has private rooms with private bathrooms now.The Holiday Inn Aurola actively through their charges, discourages our business--why patronize?

If you forget your robe, you can purchase the one in the room at the Holiday Inn for $100. And, if you need to check email, it is only $25, but you get 24 access. Listen to Jazz, the other hotels will serve you right.

And I may be reading more into it than is there, but I do believe they consider the basis of the lies to be justified."

I appreciate Brother Dean's comments but I neglected 1 or 2 + Senior Brother Admin1 is adding Sponsors all the time--check the Discount Thread for current venues and click-throughs. IF THEY DON'T WANT ME, I DON'T NEED THEM. Life and especially CR is all about options.

Holiday Inn, another gay hotspot.

Jazz mentioned the Sleep Inn , located next to the Colonial, I believe. Doesn't The Sleep Inn charge about $30 or perhaps $25 for every guest, overnight or not? Can any of you gents who've stayed at Sleep Inn confirm this?

Brother Dasher has it right--all 3 of those hotels in that sentence charge fees. Only mentioned because they are Chica-friendly and if they show up on a Credit Card statement, won't arouse as much suspicion. If that's not an issue, you're advised to stay with one of our outstanding Sponsors (the Vesuvio not so much).
