Just got back from my third trip to SJ. As always, it was awesome!! I have stayed in several places there, but nothing like Eric's properties. Not only because in terms of money is a great deal for a party of three, but because they really take care of you; like family. Eric is an extremely nice and diligent person, and Alli (his wife) and Lety (the girl that cleans and keep your room in shape) are the perfect complement for an outstanding service. You really feel warm with them.

Both penthouses have three rooms and plenty of space for a good stay (perfect for private parties). In addition, there are no girl fees, the building has 24 hr security, there is a safety box in every room; simply great. Me and my friends had two private parties with several girls at the same time without been worry about management or neighbors complains. However, a little respect and consideration with neighbors is always appreciated.

The penthouses are located in the Travancor Building, just in front of Hotel Brittania, close to Hotel Little Havana, Taberna VIPs, Jet Set MP and other points of interest for mongers!!!

I consider that it not an advertisement, but it is a good review. It is good to know that there are different places to stay besides small hotel rooms. Also the idea of private parties sound great. I can even use my imagination to see several girls moving from room to room and......wow. And no tica fee? Is that wright? Well Ejboricua, thank you for the review.
