I received an 'alert' this afternoon from Travelocity about a new low rate
from Miami to SJO. I checked and it is on US Airways. It is $125 plus taxes RT! Is that for real? I've never seen a fare that low out of Miami!

Yeah, but if you click on the little calendar, you'll find there are no dates available. taca/Lacsa has the next best price of $240 after taxes.

Jazz may be right. I'm on the travelocity site right now and there are several airlines for less than $170. when I select a flight it takes me to a calendar. I then click on the blue dates (available) but then it shows they are not available. So it may mean having to click on a bunch of dates to see. Try the flexible travel date option.

I just checked again, and all the flights are indeed sold out. They were for flying on Friday, Saturday and Sundays only. I noticed that the fares
were initially posted at 2:00 AM this morning, so they were probably all booked within hours. That's what happens many times whenever an incredible fare is published...they are gone/fully booked in a short time.
Anyway, that's the lowest rate out of Miami I've ever seen. The previous
lowest was something like $156 plus taxes.

Just booked Miami to SJO, non-stop, Friday to Sunday. I booked it online, LACSA/Taca Airlines, $205 roundtrip, including taxes.

Was available and I'm going with only a 6 day advance notice.
