Senior 2, thanks for the tip... signed up today in the San Pedro Office..
easy to get to with parking. Nice office and no waiting.

Things to remember to get this package..

1) before going make sure your address on the One Pass web site is
the Costa Rica address. I didn't change mine before but after some
talking and dancing, the agent called the USA and let me change the
address over the phone.
2) the agent says they require a document showing your Costa Rican
address, ie, ICE, CNFL, or Amnet bill..

also Agent says this is a "one in a lifetime" promotion... can only get once
per One Pass number :roll:
