The only hotel in CR I've been in was the Del Rey, are there other hotels where the girls hang out in the lobby? From what I've read it seems the the SL has girls there too, but maybe not as many.

Brother Srilm is pretty much on it. Bottom line: HDR/KL for quantity and variety; SL for quality--much more tightly screened; New York Bar for more mature ladies; Hotel M for ultra-quality but carry a heavy wallet. There's occasional talent elsewhere (Chubbs, Harry's Bar Poas). Brother BKTuna is fixin' to blow the doors off when that lounge/ sportsbook opens in the fall.
Chubbs, NYBar, KL and Bar Poas were mentioned for reference only--the question was hotel venues.

Stayed at SL a few months back, and there was decent talent around the lodge for sure. When I went to the HDR I was really floored. TONS of hot chicas, in every shape, size, and flavor. I think that it definitely has more talent, but strangely enough I would chose the SL for a short stay. I enjoyed the atmoshphere much better there, and it still fit all of the needs. Just my two cents from a rookie who has only went once. Sure the brothers here could give better advice (some serious vets on here!) KGK

No need to apologize Brother KGK. Remember, the HDR and the Chicas there rely on the ignorant and the amateurs. The SL Chicas know they are dealing with a more knowledgeable (I won't say sophisticated--I'm surely not), er, audience, and get screened for entrance more tightly (a nut job Chica might get through--once). Apple and oranges. Not a lot of bolt-ons at the SL but then not many Dominicanas (and no midgets either). Both venues exist for a reason...and that reason is your tastes and interest. Wait until late Fall when the Dunn Inn's new lounge opens--Lord have mercy! But if you're seriously bucks-up, try the Hotel M.

As Brother Srilm made clear, we are a much tighter-knit community than the average and larger Monger punter group here. That's another reason this Board exists and thrives. Don't mean to over-value CRT but it's true.

Srlim made a good point. The SL girls are pre-screened.

Then when I read Jazzbo’s comment I said to myself, man that dude has keen insight. It's Quantity vs Quality. And the “reliance on ignorance and armatures” was really insightful. Ignorance is not meant as an insult but meant as not knowing. They don't know any better, and if they do know, they like it better. Some people over the age of 13 really do like McDonald's for hamburgers.

Using that metaphor, if you like McDonald's, go to HDR. You will get fast food. But if you prefer something a little more discriminating, perhaps something a little more custom made for you (regionally like In-and-Out in the southwestern states or Five Guys in Metro DC) then SL is your place.

Ya ain’t gettin’ steak. We talking mass production (HDR) versus something more close to "made to order" (SL).

Anyway, that is one reporter’s opinion.

I'm beginning to believe that Brother DiegoC and I are twin sons of different mothers--he's the smarter more driven more accomplished one of course, but we have similar thought-trains. Plus he's a terrific family man which i am most definitely not--his Ch*ldren will make a difference; mine if they existed would be either brother Hank Daman's clients, or in some prison or heading up a wall Street bank or Private equity firm that loots companies. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/14/business/14gret.html
2 Points: Gretchen is some kind of a Scando hottie--if she weren't married...Lord have Mercy...Especially those teeth. David Bonderman has the deadest eyes I've ever seen--believe he's a stone sociopath. Shoot on sight order is in effect...Kills companies and destroys people's futures for personal profit. Laissez-faire capitalism at it's worst. Sadly typical of the breed. And nobody elected him either.
